All orders are processed in approximately 24 hours of receipt and clearing of payment. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days or less after processing. Most orders are Shipped via UPS (Sorry NO C.O.D’S or P.O. Box deliveries.) Some items may be shipped requiring a signature for delivery for insurance purposes. In some cases items may be shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturers warehouse and may be shipped in more than one package when ordering several items. Additional shipping time is required on all special orders.  Shipping to Military APO boxes is available at no additional charge. 

Shipping Charges

A minimum shipping charge of $9.95 is applied to all orders. Most orders totaling $200.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Due to size and weight items on pages “Bald Eagle Sculptures 1 & 2, Awesome Collectable Eagle Sculptures pages 1, 2 & 3 and Etched Glass Eagle Décor pages 1 & 2” are not included in the free shipping policy.

If a presentation statue is required customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from your location. Orders in quantities of 10 or more are eligible for discounted shipping charges on most items. For more information please call 888-202-6533.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States although some of our products are available to ship to Australia and Canada. If you are in Australia or Canada and are interested in one of our products please fill out a contact form with item SKU# and address shipping to, with a valid email address and phone number and a representative will contact you within 2 business days regarding the matter.

Missing Items or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment has missing items or is damaged in shipping please email us directly using the “Missing Items or Damaged Shipment” form. For a copy of this form click here. Please complete form and add additional comments as to exactly what item is missing or damaged. Example: Item # 12345 Missing or Item # 23456 and 23457 damaged, product broken. Please do not call in Damaged or Missing claims. If your product is damaged please keep all original packaging materials it may be required to take pictures of the damages and you may be required to return the damaged item. (preferably digital photos, these can be attached directly to the email when filing a claim. If digital is not possible, actual paper photos can be mailed to us at the address provided on the form.) Once pictures are received, a credit or replacement item will be issued to you within 24 to 48 hours. Note: please allow time to process before contacting us asking about your credit.

A return authorization number must be obtained BEFORE returning ANY merchandise. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any item or you will void any and all return rights. You must contact us using the Request for Return Authorization Form to make arrangements for any returned item. Click here to access this form.  We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instruction on how to return the item to you via email . All orders returned for any reason other than damages will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.

Custom Made Glass Orders

We do offer custom made items if there is a particular item you would like and do not see it on the site please contact customer service.  Custom orders in quantities of 1 to 50 require full payment before production is started.  Custom orders in quantities of 51 or more require a minimum of 50% of the order prepaid before production is started.  If a presentation statue is required customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from your location.
