Store Policies Payment Terms We accept MasterCard, Visa. Funds must clear before the order is shipped. We will also accept prepayment with Money Order ONLY. Any order paid my Money Order must be handled via phone. Sorry NO COD’S Shipping Policy All orders are processed in approximately 2 business days of receipt and clearing of payment. Most orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days or less after processing. Most orders are Shipped via UPS (Sorry NO C.O.D’S or P.O. Box deliveries.) All items will be shipped requiring a signature for delivery for insurance purposes. If you request on your order for “NO Signature Required” and UPS signs off that it has been delivered and the order is missing from your residency or business, or is damaged, then the liability will be strictly and solely yours. In some cases items may be shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturers warehouse and may be shipped in more than one package when ordering several items. Additional shipping time is required on all special orders. Shipping Charges A minimum shipping charge of $9.95 to $44.00 or approximately as high as 20% of the retail value is applied to all orders. International Shipping At this time we are only shipping within the United States although some of our products are available to ship to Canada. If you are in Canada and are interested in one of our products please fill out a contact form with item # and address shipping to, with a valid phone number and a representative will contact you within 2 business days regarding the matter.Missing Items or Damaged Shipments If your shipment has missing items or is damaged in shipping please email us directly using the “Missing Items or Damaged Shipment” form. For a copy of this form click here. Please complete form and add additional comments as to exactly what item is missing or damaged. Example: Item # 12345 Missing or Item # 23456 and 23457 damaged, product broken. Please do not call in Damaged or Missing claims. If your product is damaged please keep all packaging materials and it may be required to take pictures of the damages. (preferably digital photos, these can be attached directly to the email when filing a claim. If digital is not an possible actual paper photos can be mailed to us at the address provided on the form.) Once pictures are received, a credit will be issued to you within 24 to 48 hours. Note: please allow time to process before contacting us asking about your credit. Return Policy We offer a 15 day 100% guarantee on merchandise from the date of delivery. A return authorization number must be obtained BEFORE returning the merchandise. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any item or you will void any and all return rights. You must contact us using the Request for Return Authorization Form to make arrangements for any returned item. Click here to access this form.
